Soil type – The soil texture is a good balance of sand, silt and clay, rich in lime.
Density of plants - 5,500 vines/Ha
Winemaking - Maceration for one week at 26°C (79° F)
Aging - 10 months in French oak barriques.
Longevity - 5 to 12 years.
Tasting Notes – Purple color. Rich and deep at the nose with delicate spicy scents well integrated with surprising small and ripen red berries sensations.
The perception of this wine is full and silky, with sweet tannins, its body is well structured with a good longevity.
Long lasting aftertaste, characterized by notes of chocolate and vanilla.
Food pairings - It pairs well with risotto, grilled meat and fish.
