Aging - 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Longevity - From 15 to 25 years.
Tasting notes - Ruby red color with garnet reflections. The wide aroma has fruity scents, developing to balsamic and roses overtones. As the result of a great vintage, the tannins are round and velvety, highlighting the elegance and complexity of the wine. The finish is remarkable, being persistent and perfectly harmonic.
Food pairings - Excellent with braised and roasted red meat, game truffle-based dishes and aged cheese.
