Created in 1975 by Claudia Ferraresi, the cultural association Ca dj’Amis, The Friends’ House, is the place where you find new and old images of the Langhe, where books and art exhibitions are presented, meetings and cultural events are organised with the aim of promoting local traditions, folklore, history.

The association has been consistently carrying on a plethora of activities in order to promote the culture of the Langhe and ultimately contribute to a culturally based tourism.

Visiting the historic building is a rewarding experience.
Many important men of culture have entered The Friends’ House over the years: Piero Angela, Roberto Antonetto, Giovanni Arpino, Alberto Bevilacqua, Massimo Gramellini, Primo Levi, Eso Peluzzi, Ottavio Missoni…

The association created in 1990 I Ristoranti della Tavolozza – a group of quality restaurants that have been fostering exchanges among Italian and international regions.
Food and the culture of food have been promoted with seminars, theme dinners, recipe books for children, programmes of food education in schools.
